Return & Refund Policy of Bahri & Mazroei Group
Thanks for shopping at www.bmstore.ae operated by Bahri & Mazroei Group, the holding company for Bahri & Mazroei Trading Co LLC (“BMTC”), Bahri & Mazroei Technical Systems Co LLC (“BMTS”), Telematics Networking and Communication Company LLC (“TNC”) and Bahri & Mazroei Specialized Services LLC (“BMSS”) (hereinafter referred to as “us”, ‘We”, or “our”), the Customer (hereinafter referred to as “you” have carefully read and accept the Return & Refund Policy of Bahri & Mazroei Group.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Our Return & Refund Policy is applicable to product(s) delivered within the United Arab Emirates only. We are unable to process a return for product(s)shipped to any other destination.
- You have 7 calendar days to return a product from the date you have received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your product must be in the original packaging and not damaged.
- Your product needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned product. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the product and advise you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the refund within 45 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are nonrefundable except for Manufacturing Defects.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Product(s) with Manufacturing Defects shall be reported by you within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Once we receive your product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned product. Once the product has been evaluated and it’s eligible for return, we shall process for refund or replacement as per your selection made at the time of initiating return.

Cancelling Your Order
You have the right to cancel within 24 hours of your order and the amount will be fully refunded including delivery charges back to the payment method used initially by you if cancelled prior to dispatch. However, if the order has crossed 24 hours, you need to cancel the order after receiving the product at your end without opening the product. The cost of return shipping charges will be deducted from your return.

Not Eligible for Return
- Returns that are damaged (including the packaging), soiled or altered shall not be accepted and shall be returned to the customer
- If product or original packaging. has been damaged.
- If product has been returned after 7 days.
- If product belongs to the List of Non-Returnable Items as below: –
- Used Cables
- Scratches on the Unit
- If accessories supplied are opened and used
- Packing material not available
- Defective products which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Any consumable product which has been used or installed.
- Products with are tampered or missing serial numbers.
- Anything missing from the package you’ve received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
- Fragile product(s), hygiene related product(s).
